We’re happy to have you participate in the pilot test of our new eLearning platform, developed as part of the SAME Experience project.
SAME (Sustainable Alliance Manager: Learning Experience Towards Collaborative Skills with Green Consciousness) is a three-year EU Erasmus+ project (KA220-HED – Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education). The project aims to bridge the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge in the collaborative-green sector.
In this first section of the course, we introduce the central challenge you’ll need to keep in mind as you progress through the module: Focus.
By the end of the module, you’ll be invited to complete an activity titled “Answering the Challenge.” In this task, you’ll respond to questions directly linked to the content you’ve explored. These questions will reflect the key prompts and exercises throughout the module, helping you consolidate your understanding of how to manage the first phase of alliance development as a Strategic Alliance Manager (SAM).
