We are happy to officially announce the launch of the full SAMExperience Course and Virtual Assessment Centre, now available on our eLearning platform.
Developed within the framework of the SAME Experience project (Sustainable Alliance Manager: Learning Experience Towards Collaborative Skills with Green Consciousness), this initiative is part of a three-year Erasmus+ KA220-HED Cooperation Partnership in Higher Education. The project aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in collaborative, sustainability-oriented professional environments.
About the SAMExperience Course. The full course provides a comprehensive learning journey designed to develop the competencies required for the role of a Strategic Alliance Manager (SAM). It combines theoretical foundations with practical, scenario-based learning experiences focused on collaboration, sustainability, and strategic thinking.
Virtual Assessment Centre. As part of the course, you will participate in a Virtual Assessment Centre, designed to simulate realistic professional situations. During this process, you will complete structured activities such as:
- Video-based scenario analysis
- In-Basket and In-Tray exercises
- Case study resolution
- Problem-solving and decision-making challenges
These activities assess key transversal and professional competencies, including communication, collaboration, prioritisation, adaptive thinking, time management, and strategic decision-making in complex work-related contexts.
Important Note. Certain activities within the Assessment Centre may be accessible only during specific time windows and/or for designated groups. Please carefully review the availability details for each activity and follow your professors’ instructions.Â
